Re: CWL of the day
My Sandhurst on a homemade bund strap. Watches led me to looking for the perfect watch strap, which led to learning leatherwork. Been doing that for a couple of months now. Easier than I thought but I’ve probably spent enough money on tools by now to buy a couple of dozen straps.

Thanks! I didn’t reveal it because I hadn’t received it. I posted about the watch’s journey in General Discussion.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 8:30 pm Well I never. There is another C1 Powerglow P'type out in the wild.

That strap is impressive! Well done; it’s the perfect compliment to the Sandhurst.Random Scandinavian wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 8:17 pm My Sandhurst on a homemade bund strap. Re: CWL of the day
Thanks, Andrew. It has that shade of blue in direct sunlight, while it can look almost black in dimmer light. I really love blue watches because there are so many different hues.
Best regards,
John

A great looking strap - will look forward to seeing more of your work.Random Scandinavian wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 8:17 pm My Sandhurst on a homemade bund strap. watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment
