Not to me.

I'm perfectly happy with the current V_3 'Christopher Ward' logo.

I see you have added an explanation, after I quoted your original post.

Thanks for all the options, nordwulf. You have some amazing ideas, and I’d buy quite a few of them.

But I agree with Guy, about the “WARD” logo. Possibly the worst one yet, sadly. I wouldn’t buy one of those.

I can live with the current Christopher Ward at 9 o’clock but for me, the best without a doubt is the twin flags at 12 o’clock.

Given a little more depth or prominence, I think it could be a stunner.

If you have time, nordwulf, keep them coming. Your efforts are much appreciated. But ditch the WARD,

I could have sworn there were some coloured dials late last night or early this morning. I must’ve imagined it.

Indeed, there were! Not your imagination.

I deleted the colored dials pictures because didn't want to start another logo debate. The brand and company just needs a better name, in my opinion.

So a revised version of the previous image. Btw, this is a modified C60 dial with the word mark and date moved. The Sealander dial is slightly different.

Totally agree Guy,

That brand name and font looks exactly like some kind of £50 TK Maxx bargain bucket job. Absolutely awful 🤦‍♂️

Only thing worse than this would be ‘CDub’ - I’ve that's what the ‘kids’ are calling them now 🤣

Thank you! I appreciate the kind words. Some designs are for fun, some are controversial. But just having some fun with designs.

Probably not going to post of all of them here but I have a few from the past and new ones on my new website: http://nordwulf.us/watch-designs-christopher-ward/

Wow, Nordwulf, I'd like to applaud you for your design efforts. Just been leafing through this thread, I think you have some very good ideas indeed. Love the black C60 Trident with steel relief bezel. The modified blue C60 dial on the steel bracelet is just simple and elegant. From your blog I was particularly taken by the white dial/blue bezel CWE Ltd Ed on the first row; the C60 mk3 Trident with steel relief bezel and ombré dial; the green and red Super Compressor and lastly the pale blue dial C63 GMT on the bottom row.

You clearly have a very good eye for watch design and colourway. I enjoyed looking through them all.

I think this is about spot on.
I have been banging on, (elsewhere in this forum), about the need for a CW Aqua Terra and, lo and behold, they actually made one!
But...it didn't knock me sideways, so I exercised some self discipline and didn't buy one in the hope that they will bring out a blue dial soon.
Much like this example.
If they don't, I WILL buy a black GMT. That's a promise.
Then again, I do love the blue Dartmouth...

Now, you and I, Sir, should get together for a pint.
I LOVE your blue Dartmouth GMT!
I like the original Dartmouth, with two exceptions:
1). It's too large. Don't give me that 41mm case nonsense - on the wrist it's 43mm, that's what's important and that's too large.
2). I find it a little...busy. Minute markers on the dial AND the bezel - too much. My plan was to remove the minute markers from the dial, (like a Panerai), and leave the minute markers on the bezel.
(Forgive me, I'm working off a phone and have no way, or indeed, any idea how to make a pic of my suggestions. If anyone is more photoshop savvy than me then please go ahead).
Anyway, your GMT is beautiful and if it was on sale...by crikey, I'd be interested.

Yes, yes, yes.
Love the blue, love the 'decking.'
Having got a C65LE in blue, (ask your Grandad), I would say that orange highlights work impeccably with a blue dial.
Anyway, CW, it's quite clear - the people want blue!
