C63 GMT Black dial vs White dial.
I have tried to decide between the two colourways of this lovely watch.
Even though I was 90% decided, to help with my decision I contacted the ever helpful Declan, CW's Showroom Manager.
As always he was so so helpful and along with a long email reply he also was very kind in taking 21 photos of each colorway in various lighting conditions including outside the showroom !!
It fully endorsed my original choice and I can't wait to order it soon.
He also was very kind in allowing me to use his photos to show people the two colourways and help them decide also.
Enjoy the photos

So which have you settled on? It’s a near impossible decision.
I’d have to go with the white.

It's white for me. I've been after a white dial watch for ages and never found the right one, until now. (And thanks for the pics as they have reassured me that my instincts were correct).
Order is placed and it should arrive just in time for my 25th Wedding Anniversary for which this is a very suitable, very shiny , very silver present from my good lady. (She had a bit of guidance). I can't wait!!!

Good set of photos! I chose the white dial mostly because I prefer the Explorer II polar vs. the black dial variant. Something about the black on white for this one makes my inner designer happy. My wife also commented that the orange accents on the black dial variant made it look like a "halloween watch". Got a chuckle out of that.

Apologies for the poor quality, the photos are pin sharp but they uploaded poorly for some reason.

I thought you might perhaps be going for the white as you've just sold your white dial C60 Trident Mk2 GMT and you'd therefore go for the white as a replacement . .
.
. . . .BUT . .
.
.
. . that is perhaps a reason to change and go for the black.
The black would be my choice too as;-
1. It seems to be the left-field option with most buyers to date seeming to opt for the white and
2. Every time I see the black, I think of the corresponding black dial Grand Seiko GMT, which I rather like to look of.
Overall, congratulations Ferg.

Well there you go! Honestly, I don’t know that one can go wrong with either color. They’re both beautiful.

Depends on the day which side I land on. They both look great.

Initially it was the white dial but the black lured me in, also for the GS reason.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Thu May 06, 2021 8:49 pm I thought you might perhaps be going for the white as you've just sold your white dial C60 Trident Mk2 GMT and you'd therefore go for the white as a replacement . .

The colour just works so well with the orange highlights.

Great photos, many thanks Ferg and of course Declan for the photos in real and varied lighting conditions. This is going to be a tough decision, both look so damn nice. Congrats on the black.
Cheers, Mike.

Great shots and congrats Mini, great choice. I’ve got a video showroom visit tomorrow to help me choose.
I’ve said before that I’m not a big fan of GMTs, but the black might just do it. My ideal would be the black gmt, but without the gmt bit of it!
