I salute your integrity, not everyone would do that. Although I qualify for the ***** code I have never used it because the CWs I have purchased have all been less than £1k and I saved more using the frequently released £100 code. Hopefully your integrity will result in a larger saving for you in the longterm.

If a £100/$125 voucher is available that is the best way to go unless a 15% off sale is happening. That is usually better. I think you need to subscribe to the magazine to get a voucher or do you need a purchase history? I'm not sure.

I thought I had replied to this. Anyway, I would have thought CW might have thanked you for your honesty, and allowed you to keep the discount. I think that would have been a good result all round.

Well done Deks. It makes a refreshing change from the sales-time hoovers who are just out to make a fast buck!

Hi all,
Thankyou for the kind comments. I had no idea this was a code for our armed forces, emergency services personnel etc I just came across it on a voucher site. I have massive respect for all our heroes who look after us and keep us safe .

Anyway please keep safe all and for those interested I'll let you know the outcome

Just a quick update. I got a reply back from customer services thanking me for contacting them and they said they had applied an alternative 10% code to the order although they didnt state the code in the email so I unfortunately can't share it

That is great to hear. You did the right thing and CW responded, a story that is all too rare these days. Enjoy your well earned order.

Sorry to kind of hijack this, but...

Does CW offer ever discount on bracelets?
I bought my C60 with rubber and want to add a SS bracelet now.

Thanks!
