That was actually my favourite strap for the watch.
Enjoy.

Re: CWL of the day
Since it arrived, I’ve worm my Sandstorm on a canvas strap. This is a watch I think I’ll be taking on holidays (when they can happen), so I fancied a waterproof strap. My new tide strap has just arrived. I like the strap, and am very happy that it doesn’t taper. If it works with the watch I’m not totally sure. The red on the strap does match the red tip of the second hand, but it’s the teal markers that stand out more on the watch. Anyway, I’ll give it a go. I’ll probably use the canvas strap most of the time and the tide strap if I am away.

Re: CWL of the day
How are you finding the canvas strap?? Mine is worn, darkened, aged, but still stiff as a board! Any tips on getting it to soften up? Thanks!
(And I think the tide strap looks good - it's a good grey for the watch )
watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment

Re: CWL of the day
I quite like the canvas strap. It is stiff, but it’s bent to a shape I like. When it was new I took it off the watch and bent it in half then rolled it between my hands. That, by luck, may have just shaped it as I wanted. Thank you for the comment about the tide strap - you are right about the grey. I’d only looked properly at the red.
