Re: C65 sandstorm chronometer - Review
I enjoyed this review. I’m very glad to have made the leap; I purchased this watch in January. Some of the points you raise I’ve discovered living with the watch. The design and style of the Sandstorm drew me in with its retro-futuristic touches, elements that harken to Art Deco and near futurism with the stainless and concentric rings of the dial and the case.
I love it! I have swapped the canvas strap for a black leather strap, much more comfortable after living with the canvas these two months. The canvas is still quite stiff. I may also try a tan leather strap to provide a different look. The quick release is appreciated.

I wonder why? I uploaded the image to the board, rather than link it externally. Not sure what I’ve done incorrectly, but it is my first post of a picture so I very likely did something that is not in line with how this should be done.

I can see the image. It looks great on that strap

All fixed now for @thomcat00.
Looking at the file names you'd added the same photo twice as a Forum Board attachment, but placed the first one with IMG within square brackets. This is not needed for forum board photos (only third party hosted links).

Yep. I see it now. Thanks.
It’s a great watch. Really is. I’m tempted.

I'm so tempted but can only afford 1 watch this month. There are so many beautiful watches to choose from

I would be interested to have someone with the blackout edition of the Sandstorm add their impressions to the conversation. It wasn’t as interesting visually for me.

I've been catching up by clicking on forum threads whose titles interest me, and I saw the pic of your caseback on the Caseback of the Day thread, which brought me here.
Great review, and like you, I like the dial design and the case size (great for small wrists!).
However, I'm not sure I like the blue colour of the lume paint in normal lighting. Just looks a little out of place to me.

Great review, I've always been tempted by this one whenever I'm on W&W site
