I sent a couple of questions to Chris and Deb and they both answered within 24 hours with really good responses. I have had bad experiences with some other companies regarding customer service earlier so for me its really important that you get a quick and good answer on your questions. So  to them both.

I'm glad I saw this thread. As a newb, I was wondering how that worked (since I've seen a number of references to contacting Wera directly). Thanks.

Just found this -- now I'm really diggin into the forum. Are there any other forum only benefits outside of accessing some topics and this email address? I've got 5 watches coming ASAP (hopfully--ordered 1 and it'll arrive next week, 4 others in my basket)

Warmly
Jon

WIsh I had seen this sooner, although I received a timely response from Wera when I emailed her directly by replying to an earlier email at another one of her addresses.
