Re: Non CW of the Day
I wonder what proportion of Speedmasters have the crystal fitted correctly. I.e to ensure that the Omega logo etched into the hesalite crystal is aligned the same way as the logo on the dial?

Fine looking piece there sir. Just beautiful.
Time and money? I’ve spent most of mine on booze and women. The rest I just wasted…

Thanks.
Yes the Superocean Heritage isn't for everyone - this one is 46mm but I'm very happy to have it in my collection. Solid, clear, a bit blingy and well made.
Current collection incl Citizen, G-Shock, Rolex, Seiko, Sinn & Tag.

Re: Non CW of the Day
I was re-reading your thread a couple of weeks back about the gentle restoration it had Ferg.
They did a great job in keeping it's character while bringing it back to a very wearable condition

Nor does mine. It's oriented towards the 350 mark on the tachymeter.
It's even skewed in Omega's own YT video/commercial.

^^^ Might well be that as the logo is in the middle of the crystal they don’t worry about lining them up.
A bit different to the Rolex crown etched into the crystal, which I have never seen anywhere other than at 6 o’clock.

Re: Non CW of the Day
Finally wearing my old school Seiko Ana-Digi on the Barton silicon strap I picked up last month after changing the battery this afternoon. What a comfortable strap!
(And I’m pretty sure I originally posted this to the CWOTD by mistake. It was already deleted by the time I realized my mistake and went back to delete it! Sorry folks!)
