One way to lose a watch but gain so much more

Post by Richard D »

Popped a MDS on a Barton and guess what, my wife fell in love with the watch. I couldn’t be happier, the watch is now part of her collection. 😃

IIRC from previous posts your wife chose that particular dial when you bought the watch.

Indeed she did, Mrs D has petite wrists and wasn’t confident wearing the watch until today. A simple change of strap made all the difference.

Looks like a great strap match!

I expected to read a post about literally losing a watch! I’m glad I was wrong.

You haven’t “lost” a watch so much as transferred possession. That really is a lovely watch. What an amazing dial.

It certainly is, photographs don’t do the watch justice.

Thank you, it’s a limited edition £19,000 watch of just 10, sold out. Beautiful.
