Re: Say hello to my little friend....
Thanks! The dial is amazing...more blue than the pic which appears grey. Dressier than I thought the AT was supposed to be, but a keeper.
Cheers

Nice watch, but not what I was expecting from the Topic title.

Sorry, I was feeling very Al Pacino in Scarface when I popped this baby on .Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Tue Aug 31, 2021 8:45 pm Nice watch, but not what I was expecting from the Topic title.

^^^^ Exactly so.
Except that doesn't especially have a happy ending, which I trust your Seamaster does.

Re: Say hello to my little friend....
Love it! My wife recently saw an ad for this very Seamaster AT and now wants to gift it to me. We’ll probably be able to afford it in about 5-10 years or so . She loves it. As do I. Congrats!

Nice watch, congratulations. Intrigued by the medtech user name, is that related to your profession in any way?

Thank you...it’s great so far....and yes I was a medical technician in the navy years ago....now I am a lowly officer .

Excellent, I’m a medical engineer by trade, a profession known in some parts of the world as a biomedical technician or biomed engineer. Different to your role with the navy though, but it had me thinking.

Re: Say hello to my little friend....
Very nice watch, there. You must be really pleased. I think the decking of the dial looks better horizontal, wasn't it vertical in earlier models? How legible is the date numeral, it doesn't look that easy to read against the dial colour? Still, it's a very nice watch indeed.
