Definitely something that needs to stay chilled during transit. A kidney? Beer?

Shoot, this thread is in a section dedicated to watches. Do they make watches out of ice?

I would be willing to bet on a watch winder, or watch case and winder combination.

The name on the box 'CHAINDA' isn't likely to be anything to do with the town near Lusaka, Zambia, but maybe motorcycle spares.

Thinking about protecting and keeping cool, maybe (originally) related to your Blood Biking role.

I had some delicious Cornish Pasties delivered overnight in a box just like that.

That is very observant Guy, yes it does say 'CHAINDA' on the box with some Chinese text underneath, however, nothing to do with Blood Bikes or Motorcycling.
It is watch related
