Final piece of the Jigsaw.

Post by magicman »

Hello there

With the pick up of my Tudor BB58 today, I can finally end my pursuit of that no date diver, I've been banging on about.
I had the bigger version a few years back and never quite liked it's profile (Slab sides)
So this slimmed down version was on my radar.
Having decided to part ways with my Speedmaster Moonwatch, I had considered the Tudor, but I was originally going to wait for the shops to open up and go and try on a few different watches.
But then this one appeared in sales corner and a trade deal was done.
I'm blown away, the profile is now perfect.
So it seems I have finally reached the point where I have all the watches I will ever need.
Time to move on, probably going to save up for a decent car next.

Big congratulations on reaching what's actually quite a momentous place!
Enjoy the feeling of settling in with your forever watches, but keep posting here too! :D

Congratulations Steve....a very nice addition, unfortunately at the expense of your Speedy Pro Moonwatch. At the end of the day if the Omega didn't make your heart skip a beat it was time to move it on.

Sure sounds like the Tudor has that impact on your heartbeat !!!

Well done to you and Fat-Sam for sorting out a trade.
Shame about having to move on your Speedy but the Tudor is a great looking watch.

Lovely watch you got there, congrats. We better not gush too much about it, Sam might have second thoughts and ask for you to trade back (indian giver).

Congrats!!!!!! I love mine (black colorway) and it's amazing. Now, time to turn it into the strap monster it is. NATO straps look awesome, but this once, I'll recommend the actual Tudor fabric strap made for that watch. Its head and shoulders above a normal NATO and looks amazing.

Congrats again, you'll find yourself not taking that thing off anytime soon.

Thanks all

Yeah, I did love the speedy, maybe I should save for laser eye surgery, rather than the car, then I could see it clearly.

I'm pretty sure, it will remain on the bracelet for a while yet.
It's a very comfortable fit.
