Thanks to a very kind forum member I've carried out my first "mod" I've changed the case back to a standard one and took off some height from the watch. Very pleased with how it's turned out fits much better on the wrist now. Shame as the clear caseback is lovely think I'll have to keep it for my next Vostok....

From what I can see I think it's a standard issue not an SE so I might but this one off until after Christmas and nearer my birthday. I do like the dial on it though

My second Vostok just arrived from Meranom this week, and I really like her. Came on a blue silicone strap which is pretty good, but I have switched it out for the Meranom oyster style bracelet.
