Don't want to spend alot, so I'm thinking of jumping on the Vostok train.

I've mocked up 2 modded options with the Amphibian 120. I'm on the fence, so what do you forumites think?

Hi!
I've been looking for a bezel like that for a while. Do you know where you could buy one?

Thanks!!

After around a 140 days of a purchase blockade I've decided to smuggle this through

Planning a few mods putting a plain bezel on, changing the crown and getting a better bracelet

Thing is I'm now already planning the next one

If you're reading this on a PC web browser search 'photobucket fix'. There are add ons that bring back all the images.

Doesn't work on mobiles or iPad unfortunately.

Thanks I'll have to make some time on lunch tomorrow to have a look at that in the office. Our home PC hasn't been powered up for ages and just gathers dust

I've now got some bits on the way from meranom but have been looking at getting a 710 case and changing the bezel a bit like this one. Think the addiction might be moving in a different direction

It almost went so perfect ...

Knurled bezel and ceramic insert fitted (complete with crack at 9).
Moral of the story is don't fit bezel inserts with 2 screaming kids around

Now to decide whether to get the exact same replacement or go for a more muted black/white affair??

Sometimes mods are not not all they're cracked up to be.

That bezel looks cracking though.

Will you be wearing it for St Patrick's day?

A first stab at it! The opening shot is how it looked from Amazon (cheapest with that case style) and the 2nd is after completion. Going for a fusion of old and new elements.
Not subtle, but that's half the charm of a good 'rough and tumble' watch!
