FLE #7 Reservation Instructions

We are now ready to start the reservation process. See instructions below the drawings.

Please follow the reservation/order instructions below. You are placing a non-refundable deposit now. The balance of payment is not payable until shipment.

This will be a 50 piece Limited Edition.

Estimated Shipment date November 2017 - Please bear in mind that this is our best guess as to the delivery date.

How to order:

Part 1
You will be placing 2 orders. One is for the non-refundable deposit of £100/ $115. (This must be placed first)

The other is for the watch itself. This is actually a preorder. Note that it is for the balance after the deposit.

Part 2
After placing your orders, email the following information to Wera at wizziethewiz@christopherward.co.uk and CC Kip at kip.mcewen@christopherward.com

Include:
- your order/confirmation numbers for deposit and preorder (Both are required)
- Name:
- Forum name
- email:
- Telephone-number:
- Country:
- Serial-number you would like if you have a preference:
- Second (or third) serial-number preference in case the first is already taken

All serial number requests will be taken on a first come first served basis.

Unavailable numbers are 1,2,3,5,8,11,12,23,50. I will post remaining available numbers once the initial orders have been processed.


Wera will confirm your serial. Once agreed, she will process the deposit order only.

The watch order will remain on back order in the CW system. You will not be charged the balance until the watches are ready to ship unless you have used Paypal.

That's gone badly, managed to pay the deposit but it won't let me finish the actual watch order, says payment process failed, timed out. Looks like I've paid a non-refundable deposit but can't actually buy the watch!.

That happened to me too Tyke. My bank's anti-fraud process kicked in but they sent me a text message so I could release payment. You might want to give your card company a call.

Same here. Definitely see if that is the issue.

It seems that I must remind everyone to include all of the requested information.

Incomplete emails have no chance of getting the requested numbers. I am seeing emails without confirmation numbers, personal info etc.

I am not the that will be dealing with these, so please do not make Wera's job more difficult.

If you have already sent an email that was incomplete, I would suggest sending a follow up that is complete immediately.

At least you got the deposit done, I should imagine you can order the watch later.
I put the deposit and preorder in the same basket and checked out. So only 1 order number.
Not sure how this will proceed.
