Kip,
Thanks for the early notice. At least now I'll be able to sit and watch the Monaco F1, FA Cup Final and BMW Wentworth golf in peace without constantly checking the Forum posts.
Just hope I'm around when it is working and gets posted.
Hope you get some free time to enjoy the weekend.
Mick

Thanks for letting us know so early Kip.
I might still stay up and watch the FA Cup Final and now concentrate on the match a bit more as the original intention was to have one eye on the match and the other on the forum!
Let's hope that the duck makes a speedy recovery

I heard a rumour that Wera has a supply of replacement F5 keys behind the sofa. But it's probably just that. A rumour.Mikkei4 wrote:At least now I'll be able to sit and watch the Monaco F1, FA Cup Final and BMW Wentworth golf in peace without constantly checking the Forum posts.

This is excellent news; just back home from day out expecting to have missed out completely, only to discover the delay until tomorrow afternoon. Happy days.
Cheers

Great news for the duck but not so good for those of us over on this side of the world as we all will be fast asleep over here!
Here's hoping that the duck breaks his other leg and there's a bit of a delay in the process so there's some watches left for us in Asia/Oz by the time we wake up

While there's a lot of enthusiastic noises being made, translating that into actual purchases may take some time. Past FLEs have taken some time to sell out, in some cases, months. Of course past FLEs have had up to 100 examples, not 50.Mr Broadside wrote:Great news for the duck but not so good for those of us over on this side of the world as we all will be fast asleep over here!

That doesn't mean that people won't be queuing up to buy them, but I'm expecting (or maybe the word is hoping) that it will take days or more to sell out. Having said that, I really hope I'm not wrong, I'd like to get one too...

Re: The duck has been located (Re: FLE #7 Order Procedures))
I fully agree with what you are saying and hope that they don't sell out straight away.
There's probably been more interest in this FLE than any other (apart from the Scooter Blue) and of course CW and the forum itself has grown in popularity since the last FLE two years ago.
I appreciate it's difficult picking a suitable time to please all potential customers around the world (hey just look at the Speedy Tuesday) but (say) 1-2pm GMT would cover those waking up in the States, those in UK/Europe and those in Asia/Oz where it will still be in the evening.
Anyway here's hoping you're correct and it takes a while to sell out. Or they decide to make more than 50 if the interest is there
