Re: 2015 FLE Reservation instructions
Well done indeed. I have also ordered mine today, but now I am worried that it might be too big for me. Well, if I can wear the Nomos Ludwig38, the Slimline might fit, too. We'll see in August .Amor Vincit Omnia wrote:Agreed - well done Magnus and the others!

Re: 2015 FLE Reservation instructions
It has a 33mm dial, which is smaller than the dials in the 38mm Nomos cases and about the same as the dial in the 35mm Nomos cases (I guess) so you should be ok.Serlo wrote:Well done indeed. Re: 2015 FLE Reservation instructions
Looks great. Mine is reserved.
One minor question. The straps seem to be the wrong lengths for the Bader clasp, as they are 124 x 82mm, whereas I have seen other CWL straps designed for the Bader clasp at 110 x 90mm, ie more even in length as is required for the Bader to sit properly. Will there be different length straps available for the Bader upgrade?

Re: 2015 FLE Reservation instructions
Excellent to see all of the discussions moving forward to reality. Looking good and have put my order in
Re: 2015 FLE Reservation instructions
Well done all, I am not ordering as I have a slimline and possibly wouldn't wear it all that much, but it is a beautifully designed watch and a credit to the process

Re: 2015 FLE Reservation instructions
Just a question: what happened to the hands? They don't look like the ones in the original Magnus design, but more like the Slimline hands in rose gold? Am I wrong?

Re: 2015 FLE Reservation instructions
Ordered. Went with the brown alligator w/ Bader as I thought the tan stitching would really play off the rosegold nicely. I was gonna get a blue strap but, I don't know, the seconds hand seems a brighter blue and it looked like I might get sick of it after a while. Brown is always timeless and works both dressy and casually.

Re: 2015 FLE Reservation instructions
True. It's like what happened with the 40mm C5 5-Day, they've been widened. I prefer the original hands but can't say it bothers me.Serlo wrote:Just a question: what happened to the hands? Re: 2015 FLE Reservation instructions
I presume the watch has to go with available components - so if CWL have changed the design of a component (e.g. the hands) then that has to be reflected in the watch design...
