2015 FLE - Buying Intentions?
Re: 2015 FLE - Buying Intentions?
Nope, doesn't stand out as an FLE, could be just another CWL as it blends in with so much of their range now.
Good luck to those who do buy & I hope they sell out so that CWL are encouraged to keep offering the opportunity, maybe we can get something more adventurous in 2016!

It's a mix of the C5 Slimline's case and movement and the C9 Harrison 5-Day Automatic's hands and markers, in rosegold. It follows the modern range but is unique in that you're probably not going to see a model like this again. The actual C9 Harrison 5-Day Automatic 40mm that will come out soon will not be as slim and if that or the 43mm use rosegold down the line it will probably be the real thing and very expensive (which is not for many of us because the cheaper paint looks very similar!). I think the FLE deserves a dress watch and a small watch for once. I agree about next year, though; I think the next FLE should be a wacky colored diver, personally.Tyke wrote:Nope, doesn't stand out as an FLE, could be just another CWL as it blends in with so much of their range now.

Exactly my sentiment.
It is an elegant watch though.

CWL could get away with offering a white dial C60 Mk2 GMT as not currently an available option.tommo81 wrote:...+ 1 for the wacky coloured diver here.
Snap on an orange ceramic bezel as that also not currently available.
Investment in bezel as it could also be rolled out as another option on existing C60 Mk2 diver and gmt.
Apparently orange ceramic is a bit of a technical ask. See here.
Although could make the c60 a little too like the Omega. That'd make the battle of the deep interesting.
I'm biased though - see my avatar
Apology for going off-topic.
