I think if we do want the date on the front, MMXV is the best format to use. Time to go to the vote I reckon!

Let's go to polls, otherwise we'll be up all night arguing about this.

Oh no, don't tell me that it is too late for my proposition for the dial:

Superbly and kind of officially controlled and certified watch
Desgined and discussed about by the best watch forum in the world
Rose gold indices and blued second hand
Mechanisches Schweizer Handaufzugswerk

A man should always have something interesting to read at the ready, lest he forgets his diary.

Sadly, you are just too late. It's a pity, because for sure, that is a winner!

We'll need to make the watch extra large to fit all of this in, kind of like this:

Why do good ideas always come too late. I'd love the additional magnifying glass.

And something that also came to my mind right now. Wouldn't it be great to have a Limited edition with a correct, mind you, correct Latin phrase on the back? Something like "tempus fugit, amor (or Ward) manet". We've got some specialists among us that could come up with a witty phrase, haven't we. :D

Is repit not something to do with lizards..?

The problem with Latin is no two people ever seem to agree on what is correct... and the only people who would know are all dead.

I'm leaving the detail to those who will be buying the FLE and therefore will not be voting. Whichever combination of text etc is chosen I have no doubt the final design will be superb. :D I will however continue to follow the process with a great deal of interest as to the final edition number and in the price the watch will be offered at.

Correct. repo = I crawl...reptilia = crawlers

(Surreptitious is also derived from it)

1. They tend to agree if they know what they're talking about.

2. Not all dead. It's my job, believe me.

Wow, I imagine a blue alligator strap with white or tan stitching (to complement the Rosegold) would look great on this. It'd be nice if the blue leather and alligator upgrade options were available for those who don't want brown or black.

The blue strap for the C5 Slimline exists and has a Bader and a Bader and alligator upgrade.

Therefore it should be an option for people that want it.
