Not always underhand...one member actually announced his intention to vote in the last minute! :D

It was a sad day for democracy that day! very suspicious swing at the last minute. Poor old Peter Snows swingometer went for a burton! Outrageous. :D

Not suspicious at all. Quite predictable actually.

But all the "WTF" reactions that followed were hilarious to behold.

It was rather amusing!

Despite all my protestations, I am rather pleased that it was something different that won. (Don't tell anyone though, I have a reputation to uphold!)

Thanks. Over here there has been nothing at all about that in the media.

I didn't even vote because I thought the vote was ending the day after. If I had, it would have been the winning watch anyway.

No. The one that lost the vote had the date (the yellow C65 derivation or 'banana' as we like to call it).

The winning design is based on the C5 Slimline, but having exclusive rose gold hands and indices, museum-grade sapphire crystal, blued second hand, silver case, and choice of leather or alligator straps. Plus '2015' in roman numerals on the front instead of the word 'Slimline'.

Did I hear someone say Banana?????

Have the dodgy FIFA officials finally come clean about the clearly suspect FLE vote and the fact that the Banana was nobbled?

Not as sad as the night Leeds Utd were swindled out of being euro champs by a bought out referee. :silent: :( :silent:
