Do CWL advertise in the Sun? Wouldn't have had Sun readers down as a natural target group....missF wrote:tyke, i couldn't possibly comment on what telegraph readers need......
however - everyone needs as much sun in their lives as they can find, harness or generate.

i wouldn't know!
however, i'm likely outside the target group on several counts...... haha!
the custard C65 (which i'm calling the sunshine C65 from here on in) totally appeals to me.

watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment

i think welshlad must be the one to decide whether it's the custard, the sunshine or the fried egg C65.......
there may of course be other names i haven't covered.......
he may have a name up his sleeve anyway....

Re: General Discussion - 2015 FLE
I did (I think) originally describe it as being a cheery, sunny yellow, so I'm happy for it to be referred to as the C65 Sunshine or similar. Better than custard or lemon sherbert I suppose!
However, unless enough people vote for it, unlike our sun, it won't actually exist! So get ready to vote everyone!
Cue music...
Here comes the Sun, do da doo da,
Here comes the Sun, and I say
It's alright!

If c65 wins, the dial text needs to be replaced with "Here Comes the Sun" and add a mechanical alarm that plays the jingle.

Hoping the C5 wins, it looks very classy. Not sure I can pull off a big bright yellow watch! Prices look reasonable too, the upgrade to museum grade crystal sounds very tempting. Looking forward to ordering my first FLE after several years of following this great forum.
