You mean, like this ?
I have not been able to acquire a taste for green dials or gold cases- though I can understand others might like them. Perhaps it's more palatable in real life.
I'd rather stay more conservative and wear the C5 slimline FLE than be radical and keep it the drawer.
It's a little brighter than I'd like to see on a CWL FLE, but I love the idea. In a perfect world, the green would be darker, and maybe the gold a little more subtle or brushed (does that even exist?)
Green dial, absolutely yes! Gold case, definitely not, count me out. Keep it to a stainless case with a dark green dial and I'll be in. Particularly if it's a C65, but I'd probably consider a C5 slimline at a pinch...
I love green dials, but why most manufacturers insist on only putting them in gold cases is beyond me...

To clarify, if it's any watch, any dial, in a gold case then I'm out...

Quite! An understated dark green with stainless steel, minimalist (cf Slimline) would be great.

your wish is my command
AH! and a Vic no less! They were my first watch of decent quality. Now that I'm looking thru some brushed steel cases with dark green dial, I do like that better since its not quite as flashy (even if brushed gold!).

Apologies to AVO...
Absolutely no need!
I have quite a few steel cased watches, including for example my Nomos and two of my three CWs. I don't have a green dial, and I'm not entirely convinced that I want one, but I certainly would not want one in a gold case!

The way CW presents colours and then the way they actually turn out (red Jag) means you will probably like the green in designs but perhaps not in reality.

Yes. Here is a CWL C4 showing brushed and polished gold.
Oh yeah . . . . Brushed Gold and Royal Blue dial! I like that better than green and gold. Dive watches tend to swallow my arm up or else you'd get a WTB WTB WTB too! Beautiful watch!
