Re: Malvern C50 COSC
I have characterised the C5 as bland in the past (yes, I know I am in a minority here), but if this COSC day/date is available in gold... and around £750...

Re: Malvern C50 COSC
At 39mm would have to see one in real life first. But a step in the right direction.
Re: Malvern C50 COSC
This is a fantastic looking watch and great value all round, it really is. For me this is the way I like to see CWL going and when I look at this I really could see it becoming a collectors model. This watch will never date, style never dates. I hope they eventually bring out a black dial as well. I know - that's greedy! This may well be my first CWL buy since 2007.
Cheers,
Jack.

Wow.
Fortunately I decided to reserve only one of the FLE 2012 instead of the formerly planned two - so there's money for the C50 COSC.

Re: Malvern C50 COSC
I am liking this with the clean lines, uncluttered dial and slightly smaller size.
I would like to own one at some point.
However, for me it does slide into dress watch territory and sadly I have no need for another one of this type at this time.
If only I could justify it as a daily wear, but no lume rules that out for me as well.
I am sure it will sell, for a certified watch a great price and a good look.
Just my thoughts, Alex

Re: Malvern C50 COSC
Very nice looking watch.
Unfortunately my eyes would struggle with reading the time looking at the dial and hands. That would sort of defeat the object I suppose.
Will sell well I'm sure.

Re: Malvern C50 COSC
Nice. This watch retains the elegant simplicity of the original C5 Malvern and it makes sense, as an obvious next step, to introduce an upgraded "flagship" version of what is effectively the signature product of the CWL brand.

Re: Malvern C50 COSC
Any idea the lug size? Is this still an 18mm strap?
