Just a great looking watch. Pretty and very classic and legible. All quartz?

Now this, on the other hand, is quite elegant. I like the version on the brown strap. It has a hermes quality to it.

I agree, on the leather straps these look pretty good.

Agreed- the double wrap brown strap is Hermesy but not as orange (a good thing to me). I will take DS21-DEC-SWT or S21-DEC-SWT if it has an auto movt (or windup for crying out loud).

From the teaser pic on the CWL site of the watch on the model's wrist, this watch is a respectable size. The leather strap models are certainly nice.

If only....

I just asked her indoors and she was definitely in the "Yes" camp for the Emily. Not the double leather strap jobby but the MOP faced one with diamonds on a bracelet - very nice.

Baume et Mercier and Longines both have a women's mechanical watch this size, so maybe a movt could be popped in. (is there a praying emoticon?)

Somewhere at home my Mum has 2 wind-ups both smaller than that - Avia and Rotary, so we're not talking high end. She hasn't worn them for years, being visually impaired, and now wears a large ladies'/small men's Rotary quartz (about 35mm I think), black hands on white dial, so high contrast, that I got for her 80th.

Nicer than The Love Heart....the Missus thinks so too but isn't keen on the quartet of diamonds at 12.
Doesn't leap of the screen at you but i think this one needs to be seen in real life rather than a rendering..(that sounds familiar 8) )
If you can read this you are too close to your computer screen....

Mrs L not interested.
Miss L (17, fashion victim) quite likes the S21-MOP-GWG, but none of the others. Problem would be that it costs 3 weeks of her part-time waitress wages and she still owes me a part of her V-Festival ticket and last month's over-spend on the Mobile phone.
