I think the mechanics of it are superb, magnificent in fact, but for me it would be a novelty I'd never really use, and I'm not keen on the map on the dial to look at, so doubt I would buy one.

Have to agree Peteo... Hopefully, the real-life version will have some great contrast between hands and dial - to allow the watch to fulfil it's primary function. I really admire the workmanship and detail on this watch, but if it ain't easy to read...
Plus 1 on that.

Mind you, I am not sure of the best way to introduce more contrast on such a busy dial without making it look like a toy :?

Having reread the transcript of 'Chat with Chris 2013' the price was mentioned by Chris as "£1,750ish".

Smart and interesting watch but what made them put the stupid badge at the bottom of the face? put the inscription on the back if need be it looks tacky. :(

The JH2 (JJ01 movement) and the C900 (JJ02 movement) are both labelled on the front - I suspect that CWL are seeing this as an ongoing 'brand' within the overall CWL brand - it does make sense therefore for it to be on the front - not sure I am a fan of the badges (didn't like the JH1 as much as the JH2 because of that), but that might make sense considering what else is going on with the dial...

I like it a lot but need to see it first and see its functions in action. Price point will be very important. i'm also hoping for another color option.

Thank you
Price point might work, blue might work. The problem is i've seen the Frederique constant manufacture world timer online for mid $2000.
