A very enjoyable read, and great to see some of the older lesser-spotted CW’s.

Thanks for posting.

Kansas City Milkman wrote: Mon Feb 08, 2021 5:10 pm I actually think the black bezel brings the face to life. That said, if one of the photoshop wizards could rustle up a steel bezeled version, it would be interesting to see what it looks like
That’s a fair point. From a purely personal perspective, I think a steel bezel might temper the stark contrast between the white dial and the black bezel.

and +1 to a mock up!

My first CW was also the C10 aviator. I wore it for about six months and then gave it to my father when he took a liking to it. It’s been his daily wear for a number of years now and what was bought as a stop gap until I could afford an IWC will eventually become a very sentimental watch to me.

Thanks for the watch ID. I just thought the black and orange hybrid really stood out. A lovely match.

Apologies in Advance.

Ah Kansas City

Why is Kansas City in Missouri, and not Kansas?
And is it the same Kansas City featured in Oklahoma

#Ev'rythin's up to date in Kansas City
They've gone about as fur as they c'n go
They went and built a skyscraper seven stories high
About as high as a buildin' orta grow

Except the football team, then. :D
Have you recovered now?
