Great sub-collection.

Any intentions of getting the C7 IRR and BRG (or are they in another box already)?

Standard non-COSC, non TMB Art Metal, LE ###/500 version, DBR1.

Early one with the missing '87'. Image

Well done, well done!
Do you have a favourite? Of teh C70's I think the Ascari was my favourite and I still think the near-total absence of lume on the C7IRR was a mistake: pretty hands but not practical enough.

@TikkaThree ....

The 'Cunningham Stripe' C70 US just bumped the Ascari off its pedestal for me ...

Have to agree about the C7IRR .... altho its never really a problem given I never look at it at night !

@Guy - Thx - had forgotten that wee anomaly with the DBR !

A couple of great boxes there, though I definitely prefer the C70s. I can see the attraction of the Cunningham, but the Ascari is still the prettiest.

Well, I have the COSC, and I think the yellow on the tachymeter scale really makes it. Plus it looks a deeper yellow.

Yes, having 'full face' yellow is the better option ...

My old orginal actually looks a lot better after a service late last year - CWL gave it a mini-refurb, and somehow even the bezel looks better !

Bought a C70 RAF 'Ad Astra' over the w/end - not strictly a MotorSport model in the same vein, but a good placeholder for when I eventually get a C70 DBR1/2 COSC !
