Super Automatic, Felsa 4007. Around 35 mm, specific winding system. Oscillating weight has central gear and whole thing sounds like it is going to fall apart while on wrist. But it runs.

Well... It arrived with stuck date and broken rotor, with movement and dial floating inside case, without fixing screws and full of oil inside. All over the bridges, mainspring soaked... Frikkin mess.

Stated as "running" in ad. I was really **** off...I guess someone found it in drawer and tried to rehaul it at home, with can of machine oil and basic know how in car machine repair.

Felsa has specific system, with toothed cog directly in central axis and cog was broken. Even the ruby it is mounted on was broken in half.

Good thing I have old school watchmaker that keeps all the things that go through his workshop just in case. He had old broken Felsa for parts so he put it all together.

Watch is nice. Long lugs, all stainless steel and sunburst dial that only vintage watches have.

Now off to flea market to find BOR bracelet for it...

Two more, fresh from rehaul. 70s Lux with glossy black gilt dial. Original crown.

And older Antimagnetic, with interesting shaped numerals and long elegant stick hands.

Both run by large (and I mean.. Large. Almost sticking out of case) UT6310 movements.

With low 18000 bph, robust, large power reserve these baby Unitas 63xx are almost unbreakable.

its larger brothers are still in use in almost all pilots handwound watches from China to Switzerland, which is almost miracle due to its almost 100 years old architecture and concept. Movements are signed with Darwil in blue leters. Antimagnetic has even its own 7018 nomenclature carved on bridge.

Friend also mentioned he has pocket Darwil with larger Unitas. He also mentioned he will build me wrist conversion as soon as he gets some time on his hands. but..more about that project later... 8)
