Not sure if it qualifies as vintage, but here is my very old, very bashed, no bezel and wrong strap Navitimer that took me through School, Uni, Flight School etc and has been sailed in most parts of the world and has NEVER missed a beat!!!!

I am really tempted to restore the old girl, but

a) = no idea where to get a bezel etc
b) = I would remove the history from the watch

so I may need some advice from you knowledgeable people!!!!!
You still got this one Smegwina? Put much thought into sending it off since?
I miss all the great things that may never be.

I certainly do still have it.

I thought that I had found a bezel, but when it arrived it was from an 818 model as opposed my 816. (They look the same, but alas are not interchangeable)

I may just get serviced regardless and continue to wear it without the bezel as I have for a few years!

It gets wound and worn every so often.

What about sending it to Breitling? They might have bezels?
