Good to get an update and great to see prototype pictures.

I'm still in and think the compromises are reasonable and I think it is still a good looking watch and sufficiently different from anything else in the previous/current line up.

Final judgement is always when it's in your hand, but looking good from here. I have come accustomed to waiting, so it's not a problem, allows time to gather some funds. Fortunately the outstanding wish list comprises a Typhoon and other items way out of budget currently, so I haven't been buying other toys!

As I recall my first FLE in 2009 didn't show until after Christmas that year, so I think we have precedent!!

Thanks again to the committee for their efforts in designing the LE and to Chris for his time, patience and support in bringing it to life.

My modelling and render programmes, for instance, are used daily to provide outstanding images of interiors, parks, skyscrapers etc but can I get a macro render without a bit of fish-eye causing mild distortion? Can I hell.
.
My modelling programme however, consisted of a sketch on the back of an envelope....

Looks great to me and I'm grateful to Chris for not just deciding it was all too difficult.

Looks stunning, i like the flat face slightly more but the real feature for me in the prototype pics is the optic white face and white detailing / sharp surround of the hands and batons, very crisp and in that respect reminds me of the white face Rolex Explorer II coupled with the crosshair from my Omega Seamaster Cosmic.

Dark Blue strap here at the ready to fit!

oops, late to the party on this update!! It's a shame the rehaut had to go, I think it looks better with it than without.
