I imagine you will be OK if you make the decision to buy shortly after the photos, expected soon, come out.

having reserved one doesn't mean you will end up having to buy - it is a number allocated and an expression of interest - but if the watch is not what you thought it would be you can then pull out

Hopefully we see one this month. I can hardly complain about the delay, I only just joined

That said I have managed to get a reservation in for my chosen serial #. Here's hoping I can save enough before we see the prototype and have to cough up.

Also a newbie , just over a week now, fantastic for a manufacturer to offer benefits to it's forum membership, I have reserved one and with a number I'm happy with.

Last time I was in the UK I took my Australian legal text's (because that's what Airline baggage allowance is for) and when I got there all my books were upside down. Oh well, it meant I could explore all of Dad's favourite pubs from when he was my age. I gotta hand it to you English Beer is the best, and it makes Australian Administrative Law so much clearer.

Actually thinking back I think I might have had a discussion about a gentleman's CWL watch when I was in one of those pubs. Maybe thats why I am so taken with them.

Really though Alasdair is right. Simple text flipper.

Although somehow my computer thinks an upside down J is an arabic letter.

Kip hoped to have a status report within a week on May 16th. Has gone very quiet but something will happen soon!

In the chat CW appeared to indicate that the watch is in production. What has happened to the pre production photographs?

Where is this "face of persistent questioning"? All I see are one or two gentle reminders against the background of considerable slippage in timescales!

Considerable slippage? Last time I checked there was still 6 months of 2013 left :-)
