Thank you, but I have a magnificent support staff....plus they are doing all the work. :) They are all very dedicated to this project. This has been shown very quickly during these early goings. The banter and bickering are a real joy (so far).

Excellent stuff so far, and the overall strategy and clarity is welcome and impressive. The committee are very foolish brave and best of luck to them! :)

Echoing other comments, the process is very clearly articulated and the progression with each poll is interesting to see. Well done to all involved!
