I voted for Diver and my vote is for a "vintage" C60

A C60 Trident Vintage - Brushed case and bracelet with Black Bezel and Black Dial. Some nice big sword hands with military beige "old Radium" superluminal hands and indexes. Keep the Trident second hand and you would have a great combo with "sword and trident". I am sure CWL can put their own spin on it and I think it would be an awesome watch. I would definitely buy that.

No worries..as long as the case size stays 40-42mm.

Was surprised to vote for sports and then see it so far in the lead.

I'd personally like to see it in the $450-700 range. No black dial though. Maybe something white, or crazy out there like orange. I'd like to see it being an automatic, no quartz.

I like that dial, but wonder what it would look like with the lines radiating out from the centre - maybe cream on white or black on grey to make it almost textured rather than a pattern.

It's a bit off topic, but you can be assured that the AT dial is most definitely textured, rather than just a pattern.. :)

So it is - and quite nice with it! Probably expensive to produce, but very effective.

I'm interested to see sports so far in the lead too - incidentally, that's how I voted mostly on the basis of the mention of "Aqua Terra". However, I'm struggling to see anything in the CW case portfolio that could be suitably adapted - a C2 perhaps?

A white-faced Explorer-type design could easily be achieved with a C60 GMT, with a fixed bezel. Is it too soon for another C60 based FLE?

I can see almost any of the CW cases being appropriate, given the right sort of dial. (Including the C5 case - eh, small-wristers?! )

Tough call. My initial thought was for Marine but Sport was a close second.

As hinted at in another thread on the forum should we be considering the C15 square case as a possible candidate for housing a "sport" style watch? It would definitely stand out and, as can be seen from gallery photos, it's an impressive piece with real presence.

Just my two 'penneth worth.

It'd probably be a good looking watch, but I think a C15 case, unless modified, would prohibit a lot of weedy-wristed forum members from getting the FLE.

Yup, a squarish watch is something that may fend away some potential buyers, if not, most. I would stick to the round cases.

I believe there is something else you may need to bear in mind...I'm pretty certain that we will be limited to cases that are currently in production, and the C15 was phased out some time ago!
