Here is the C3 Mk2 (left) next to a C3 Mk 1 (right) for direct comparison. I find the Mk 2 looks and feels smaller on the wrist than the Mk 1, more than the 1mm case size or 2mm band width difference would suggest. Both are extremely readable, reliable and comfortable.
