Wow! Now there's a problem :)

I stopped voting after the first round as I didn't know for sure if I would buy a FLE or not, so thought it was unfair that I could influence the result and then not buy one. Perhaps someone will wish I had voted.

Mind you, my thoughts were the same as appears to be the general view. I like the Scooter as it's got a classic look, but then the Jag has a special appeal (expecially as an Aberdeen fan). For me it't the Scooter on a bracelet and the Jag on leather.

For me I'd let CWL make the final choice, even though it's a Forum watch. That gives the opion of putting the Scooter into production if wanted and making the Jag the FLE.
Trying not to buy any more watches...

Problem is it pretty well WAS a runoff, with only two votes cast for other then the two front runners. If each of the two Wilko voters opts for a different front runner in a runoff then we just have another tie. If not, we have the FLE chosen by voters who did not want either of the contenders. Perhaps they won't wish to vote at all if they can't have a Wilko.

Hmmm....

Any chance Chris will go for this?

I am happy to have a blue trident with or without the FLE tag on it and I imagine it has a wider non-limited-edition appeal. Those that are desperate for red, can then have it as a special.

As we finish with a dead heat why not run the playoff with the simple question

Who will commit to buying? -

The Scooter

The Red Jag

Since sales are important and we wish the 2012 FLE to be successful this would be both revealing and commercially viable.

Congratulations to Scooter and Jag. Commiserations to Wilko.
Failing that could we have a silent vote to be respected by all?
I'm up for the above. Enough has been said already.

I agree. Let's have voters send private messages to Kip and someone he appoints as a verifying party. That way, the votes are just between them and the voter, and you don't have a situation where forum members can track how a public poll is progressing, and adjust/change their votes accordingly.

Congratulations to both of the vote winners and commiserations to Wilko. All are exceptional and the fact that they can't be separate proves they are worth colour schemes with a wide appeal.

I would be happy to wear either (FWIW I did vote for the one I'd buy).
Whichever is the final choice can I put down a marker for #10.

A big thank you to all who designed and photoshopped.
A special thanks to Kip for putting up with all this.
