Congratulations to the top vote getters!
Per the original guidlines, the situation calls for a runoff vote. I agree that it was essentially that, but it seems that we should follow the plan. We still have time.
I did not vote in any rounds as I thought it unfair if the team should have to step in and break a tie vote.
If we have a tie again, I will put it before the team for a decision and be asking for consultation from Chris as well. The Team will then cast the deciding vote if necessary.
I will post up the vote asap.
