Yep, that's certainly the case...now, would someone get the word out to Steinhart, please?.. :problem:

I've wondered this myself!
Recently had the pleasure of swapping over a bracelet without q/r..and something which would take me a minute before, took me over 5mins. Grrr.

After recently buying a couple brands other than CW, I now have a whole new appreciation of this!

I first thought... how quick release? To which style of clasp does MissF refer to?....

Ah, you mean at the lug end? Yes, now I'm with you. Mind you CW did always seem to have tighter tolerances and less clearances in the back of the bracelet for getting any kind of springbar tool in so, yes, a complete blessing.

The QR bracelet is great for sure, but I don’t use the mechanism all that much because my C65 lives on the bracelet anyway.

It does make removal and replacement easy, so taking it off to clean both watch and bracelet is really easy.

What I really like is the easily adjustable ratchet clasp, which is just brilliant especially in the warm and humid weather. Snug to Jangly-Bangly in a couple of seconds! :D
