CW Victoria Deco replacement

Post by freecheese »

My wife has a black faced CW Victoria with the black double tour leather strap. She has never worn it as she doesn't like the double tour style. From the archive I think the strap is 17mm. Can any of you recommend a decent quality black plain leather strap ideally with the quick release? Thanks

Quite a good selection of 17mm straps at ukwatchstrap.co.uk.

I doubt you'll find many with Quick Release pins/bars though.

Happy hunting.

While not exactly top quality, Barton do odd sizes now, and with quick release.
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left

Have a look at Aaron Bespoke ( https://www.aaronbespoke.com) and he can make you exactly what she would like!

Thanks everyone for the advice. I am looking at the cheaper end off the market as I'm not sure, even with a good strap, this will get much wrist time. She has several watches, three of them CW, so I was just trying to see if this one would start getting worn or if we should just move it on .

In that case Hadley Roma or Weston straps worth a look.

I'll second that for WestonWatchStraps and they stock Hadley Roma straps.

Hi All, I followed one of Guy's suggestions and decided to go with ukwatchstrap.co.uk. They were very quick to respond and the strap arrived a day after they received the order. I haven't fitted the strap yet but from what I can see the quality is perfectly good for what I wanted.

Thanks again.

I have bought a couple of cordovan straps from them. A Rios, and a Fluco. Very good straps and excellent value. Tortuous website to navigate though.
