New strap for Louise's Mondaine.

Post by MiniMpi »

Louise's watch that she wears for work is a Mondaine that I bought for her a few years back. Battery went recently so I gave it a clean up and a new battery and got a new strap for it too. Original straps are quite expensive and didn't last too well so instead of the black original strap I went for a red non original replacement from a small seller on eBay. I also was able to swap over the Mondaine clasp which was nice.

Looks fantastic !
Louise should be happy I'd say.

That’s lovely! Great interplay between the strap and the seconds hand

That's top notch Ferg.

The strap works really well.

I've always thought that black straps were kind of letting mondaine watches down. You've gone for red, and it's just what's called for. Looks fantastic
watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment
