Fullmosa QR Bracelet

Post by JAFO »

I just thought I would share this inexpensive Fullmosa bracelet I just bought, with quick release pins.

£17.99 from amazon. It comes with a pushpin tool, with spare pushers, and a spring bar tool. It has quick release pins, although they aren't locked into the bracelet, so you can use ordinary pins if you prefer.

It's a pressed clasp that folds like a butterfly, so unfortunately there's no micro adjustments. I removed 3 links, but I will probably have to put one back. There are 6 removable links altogether. I have 7.5" wrists, so the length will go to between 7" and 8" roughly, probably a bit more either way, depending on the watch size. Nicely finished, especially for the cost, I think. No sharp bits anyway!

You get a lot for your money there.

Are the links solid?

I was asked about the links. I am pretty sure the links are solid.

Here's a picture of the links I removed, together with an extra QR pin and split pins they sent. One of the pins is longer, and I am not sure now whether they sent that or not!

How do you get a QR springbar bar in? Does the slot for the knob go all the way to the side of the end link?

The slot is open, not closed, as you said. You can't tell once it's on the watch. It doesn't rattle around. Note that there is no tool notch on the spring bar supplied. It is sprung, but you have to use the slider.

See pic below.
