Pretty good write up of the C60 Sapphire Black

Post by jkbarnes »

Worn and Wound has a pretty good write up of the new C60 Sapphire Black. The pics show off the watch quite nicely.

I like this comment: This watch is the antidote to faux-patina.

Some excellent photography in that article. This particular design was not my favourite but I think I prefer the black version and these shots really show it off well  .

That’s a good review, Thanks for posting.

I was struck by the black when released but had reservations over the bezel. The more I see it, though the more I like it......

It’s a bit like the Dartmouth - there’s a lot going on that I think I shouldn’t like...but I do! I definitely like the black over the blue, and the photos in this write up really show it off beautifully.

I have the black on bracelet, purchased recently and must admit I love it. There is a lot going on but I think the red accents against the black are stunning.

The Sapphire version is a unique take on the C60. That’s an excellent review which I agree with as an owner of the orange version.

There's a blue one of these on ebay at the moment, and the colour looks very washed out on the photos. I wondered if it was to do with the angle of the photos. The orange one looks quite pale in some pictures as well.

Does the black look much less intense from some angles as well?
Now I've asked I will read the review and see if I can find a video.
