C65 Trident Automatic - Watchgecko Review

Post by Bahnstormer_vRS »

Much as the C65 Trident Automatic has been available now for just over a year, it is still attracting reviews within the watch media.

Most recently it has been reviewed by Watchgecko, who most of us will be familiar with as purveyors of straps, bracelets and the occasional watch, under their brand Gekota.

The review titles;- A modern watch that harnesses clever design cues to create something visually vintage...

. . . . and opens with;-

If you know a few watch collectors (be it virtually or physically) the likelihood is everyone will have some experience or at least an opinion on one British brand that aims to bridge the gap between entry-level and luxury watchmaking. That brand is Christopher Ward. Ever since 2004 this 'bridging the gap' phrase is something we have heard dozens of times thanks to Kickstarter type brands popping up everywhere. But after spending some time with the C65 Trident, I think Christopher Ward has a good point here...

Got your attention? Well, read on here.

By the way, there are some interesting strap suggestions along the way (as expected).

Thanks Guy for posting. Really liked their thoughts on the strap selections as well. Fair and Balanced review IMO
Small collection of timepieces that I enjoy
