NHS DIY

Post by kiter65 »

Received a letter today from the NHS. Now I’ve reached a certain age they are sending me a bowel cancer screening kit  I will receive the kit within two weeks, instructions are included  I have no idea what this entails.
Now don’t get me wrong I’m up for this but as I live alone I hope it’s not a two person job, if it is one of the girls at work is in for a shock when I post the daily jobs to do rotor

PM sent, Richard. If you can do a Lateral Flow test you can do this.

Definitely one person but is quite tricky to take a sample - at least the NHS Scotland one is - but a newspaper worked for me :D

Cheers all, wasn’t overly worried but the information I’ve received has put my mind at rest about the procedure
