Hi everyone,
Posting this just in case people haven't heard of this and/or haven't got a better alternative as I'm conscious I'm mainly "taking" information and not "giving" much so far.
I found an app called "watch accuracy meter" which seems to do a pretty good job of measuring gain/loss rate as well as beat error. For my watches at least the app gives a rate that is very close to actual reality when the watches are being worn. But really the useful thing I have found is that you can measure and save the rate when the watch is in different positions which make overnight positional regulation quite effective.
It also doesn't have any ads which is surprising (though maybe it listens to all my fascinating conversations instead).
Hopefully useful, and if anyone has alternatives I'd be interested!
Cheers
