My C5 and C60, as pre-owned, arrived with dings. No major scuffs and such on my Sandstorm. Now, I’d show you my car but I can’t as it’s at the shop. A deer took out the front fender and driver’s door in a strike last week. :(

The larger horizontal scratch happened the first day I got the watch last winter. All the little desk dive scuffs came later, but the big scratch on day 1 helped me not worry about it so much!

March 2020, with Covid protocols starting I washed my hands more than ever, and accidentally banged my C65 against a sink faucet:

This appeared within 2 weeks of ownership. I had to seal myself in a dark room for a few hours to recover. :(

No idea how this mark got here. Tried to rub and scrub it away to no avail :(

Have you tried a pencil eraser on it?

After searching the house I discovered I don’t have any pencils and/or erasers

But it gave me the idea to try a magic eraser sponge, which actually knocked the visibility of the mark down by about 50%

I’m not too worried about marks on my watches, so I think I’ll call it good. Unless I come across a pencil eraser at some point. Thanks!

^^^^ If you've got 50% of the mark off so far, I'll say you have a sporting chance the other 50% will dissipate with normal wear.

My beater is covered in fine scratches as you can see but I took it to another level this week, there's a scratch on my palm that runs parallel but the bracelet got the worst of it. It's titanium so it should heal itself, right?

My watches are currently free if any big dinks, unlike my pot hole damaged wheel.

There is not a surface on this DS that is not scratched or dinged.
