You and my wife! She says I have a habit of taking good ideas just one step too far. For her, that step was the stickers. She says that’s just trying too hard.

They may no last anyway because I’m not 100% sure how robust the sticky bit on them will be.

That's turned out rather well, I quite liked the stickers and ...
would have put my own on of places I had visited :D
... you can always slowly replace them with places visited as and when you do. I'm sure there will be room for the mobile bar - I mean, really, how much luggage does one need for a weekend away?
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left

Well done

P.S. I rather like the stickers :D

Thanks for the kind words, everyone! I’m actually quite proud of myself for this. Not so much for having created a cool travel bar but for having actually followed through on an idea and seeing it through to completion. I have a habit of coming up with neat ideas and then reasons why it won’t work. My son once said to me, “why do you always look for a reason not to do something?” Those words really stuck with me.

That’s exactly what I thought when I read kiter65’s comment! I think it’s a brilliant idea, and I’ll follow through on that.

Good work Andrew, where’s the party?

That's worked out really well, Andrew. Top notch.

Now all you need are some sea trials to ensure the contents are waterproof and secure.

But summer is barely half over. So I must assume the second half will be spent enjoying the fruits of your labor. Well done!
Time and money? I’ve spent most of mine on booze and women. The rest I just wasted…

With this, anywhere I want it to be!

But of course! In fact, I just ordered a removable luggage rack for my MX-5 so I’ll have room for this on road trips. Travel bar in the trunk, of course, where it’s protected. The less important luggage full of clothes on the actual luggage rack.
