Happy Birthday Boydesian

Post by Amor Vincit Omnia »

Birthday greetings to the forum's resident Vexillifer. Have a great day.

Thank you everyone! Today marks my 50th lap around Sol Invictus, so I will finally crack this open later today. I wish there was enough for everybody!

Yes! I am really looking forward to it. SWMBO's family are from the Funchal area, and she surprised me with the bottle after visiting them a few years ago. As for my watch, I chose this today:

Just noticed your signature. I used to live in Pitlochry, about 3 miles from the Pass of Killiecrankie!

I love "The Braes o' Killiecrankie" (The Corries' version is one of my favorite songs). Plus the one time I was able to attend the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, it was played by the Massed Pipes and Drums. I am not ashamed to say that I teared up a bit at that.
