Re: Pics from the walkers
Not posted in this thread for a while as my weekly walks have tended to take in much the same routes as I’ve already posted. However while on Norland moor this morning I took this of the carpet of moorland heather in full bloom.

^^^ Beautiful shot, Neil.
I haven’t been out for a walk for a while what with focusing on the gym and golf, but I went out for an hour or so this afternoon.

It’s nearly time for this sign to be folded away again. It’s opened every spring and stays open until autumn arrives.
However I’ve been walking and running along this road for years and have never seen a giant mutant toad, so I’m not sure what the warning sign is for other than to scaremonger.

Well we walked around Marazion briefly and then partook of a cream tea in the excellent Godolphin hotel. It wasn't as stormy as the picture implies.

Walked to a vantage point for watching a few seconds of the tour of Britain, and one of the photo burst had Julian Alaphilippe closely followed by team mate Mark Cavendish

Re: Pics from the walkers
I had a meandering walk around the RHS gardens at Wisley yesterday, with my Girlfriend / Partner, in the late summer sunshine.
The Glass House was back open, having been closed last year due to Covid, and there was a wide variety of plants to be seen.

Rained all morning in Cornwall. Went for a walk at Zennor in the afternoon and it magically cleared up for an hour or so.
