Excellent pics of a very striking Raptor.

We see Red Kites from the house most days and I know that if I walk 5 minutes from the house I am almost guaranteed to see Kites, Buzzards and a Kestrel or two, during an hour’s walk around the fields.

Superb pics and a magnificent bird.

Some people are nervous about raptors in built up areas because they think it's going to swipe their little poochy lap dog or pet rabbit. Not outside the realms of possibility but highly unlikely.

There's a family of buzzards living near the horse riding centre my son goes to and it's wonderful seeing them circling in formation. It looked like the parent teaching the two young birds.
