I use my Garmin Explore computer as a watch when cycling and a Garmin watch when on my Monkey.

I don't tend to wear a watch on my m/c- I find it interferes with the location of the wrist restraint on my gloves and the bike has a clock in easy view anyway. When I've done away-trips I tend to throw a G-shock in my luggage to wear when not on the bike.

I used to cycle with my Seiko Auto Relay but now use my G-shock. It’s so light & comfy and I can use the timer or alarm should the need arise.

I always wear a watch on my motorbikes but it’s just the watch I happen to be wearing that day. For example, out running a couple of errands this morning i wore my black S300...

Very early start this morning to collect a package from the Medical School at Birmingham University, en-route to Edinburgh for surgery later today. My leg of the relay ended near Manchester, meeting a blood biker who will transport it to Carlisle to hand over for the final leg.

Out for a 30 mile amble around my local lanes. Not at my previous pace but it’s the distance I’m aiming for. The pace should pick back up with practice. Gorgeous day for it.

Gloucester to Sharpness canal just south of Frampton
and the River Severn at Arlingham.

Something a bit different for me today. I took my GS in for some warranty work, which turned out to be a bit more complex than first thought. Net result is they need some more parts so they gave me a loaner overnight. Same engine, same controls, totally different riding experience.

Out and about on the Scrambler this afternoon. It's great that the temperature is starting to warm up.

Snow up higher but frozen rain here, and it’s 50F outside. The cliffs in the background are 2,000’ higher. Doesn’t look like it in pics.
